Ganesh currently heads Aoka Engineering as it’s CEO. He manages the company, builds growth strategy, and works with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. He has more than ten years of experience in engineering design, construction and plan review of critical facilities like data centers, pharmaceutical labs, and biotech buildings in Texas, California, and Utah. Ganesh has a Master’s of Science degree in Engineering Management from San Jose State University with an emphasis on entrepreneurship and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Smina works closely with various internal teams to set Aoka’s growth strategy. She manages company’s plan for upward mobility to employees. She charts organization’s growth path, and works closely with the marketing team to determine company’s focus. Smina has a bachelor’s degree in Economics for Brigham Young University.

Stephen heads Aoka’s Business development efforts, conducting sales meetings, interacting with existing customers and communicating about Aoka’s services and processes to laymen. He is also responsible for the expansion of the sales team and building of Aoka’s sales processes. He has over 12 years of experience in the sales field, working in different kinds of sales niche including for fortune 500 companies. Stephen has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from University of Texas - San Antonio.

Lhatul Wangmo is a results-driven Product Manager with four years of substantial experience in business analysis and product management. Currently leading the business operations at SELISE AG, Lhatul manages a diverse team of 56 professionals, overseeing the project management of over 20 digital projects spanning web development, e-commerce, and more across Europe and Bhutan. Lhatul's strategic acumen is evident in her ability to craft influential strategies, optimize team productivity, and foster excellent stakeholder relationships. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Royal Thimphu College, Lhatul's comprehensive approach to product management significantly contributes to driving organizational success.

Joe has over 30 years of experience working in different cities as Community Development Director, Building Commissioner, Deputy Building Commissioner, Building official, Plan Reviewer and Inspector. In these capacities, he has led building departments, planning and zoning departments, pubic work departments and worked closely with fire departments. His wide array of experience within building, fire, civil and planning codes make him a true expert. He has formed and run his own construction compliance company and has been running it successfully for over ten years. He is a Master Code Professional. Joe has an Associate Degree in Applied Science from St. Louis Community College.

James Kyle Reeves, Plumbing Inspector, has more than 15 years of experience working on inspections and plan reviews for local bodies. He is a Plumbing Inspector with Aoka and helps different cities throughout the states in enforcing building codes. Prior to Aoka, he’s worked for City of White Settlement, City of Glen Rose and Fair Oaks Ranch in the inspections department and provided highly responsible alongwith complex administrative support to the City Manager.He has a Texas State Plumbing Board license to carry out plumbing inspections.

Mayank is a Marketing Manager with a proven track record of driving growth and expanding market share through strategic demand generation and digital marketing. He possesses deep expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and conversion rates. Mayank's robust skills in marketing automation, data analytics, and cross-functional leadership enable him to deliver impactful results. His experience encompasses managing global market strategies and optimizing customer experience, making him an integral part of our marketing efforts.

Megan is a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Success Specialist with a strong background in customer service, time management, and problem-solving. Richard has 12 years of plan review and over 20 years of architecture design experience. He is an ICC certified Building Plan Examiner and NFPA certified Fire Plan Examiner. Also, he is a licensed architect in 6 different states. He has taught various courses in the history of Architecture. Richard has a Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Architecture. While obtaining his Masters of Architecture in San Diego, he was awarded the American Institute of Architecture Gold Medal by the Henry Adams Fund.

Mark Hardin, MCP, CBO has more than 30 years of experience as an ICC Certified Building Official. He is an ICC certified Master Code Professional, the highest level of certification provided by ICC. Mark has worked for the Texas municipalities of University Park, Sulphur Springs, and Desoto as a Building Official. Mark holds a degree in Construction Management & Technology – Construction Science. Mark has served as an elected member of the Southern Building Code Congress on the Building Code Revision committee. In 2014, he was appointed to the ICC Certification Exam Committee for Fire and Smoke Proofing. He has also served as a Code Inspector Instructor for Texas A&M University at College Station, TX.

David has over 20 years of experience working in various building departments as Plan Review Manager, Deputy Director of Planning and Zoning, Chief Building Official, and Director of Inspection Services. In these capacities, he has organized and led teams doing Building Inspection, Permit, Plan Review, Planning/Zoning, and Code Enforcement. He has organized new Plan Review divisions, provided council action items to town clerks, and presented policy/ ordinance adoptions to town council. He has conducted complex commercial and industrial plan reviews where he has presented special use permit, variance and potential zone changes. He has taught I-MPG, and NEC codes in academic and non-academic settings. David has a Bachelor’s degree in Municipal Operations and Management.

Ankit Lamsal is a dedicated Assistant Project Manager with extensive experience in finance, management, accounting, and taxation. Over the past eight years, Ankit has led teams, supervised revenue and expenditure processes, and implemented software-based accounting solutions. Holding a Master's degree in Economics and currently pursuing a CA Final from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal, Ankit's expertise in financial reporting, project management, and business analysis ensures effective project execution and financial oversight.

Gerardo Pinzon is a Certified Building Official and Professional Engineer with over 25 years of engineering, management, and teaching experience. Currently serving as the Building Official for the City of Laredo, Gerardo manages and directs the Building Inspection division, ensuring compliance with International and National Electrical Codes. He has a rich background in environmental engineering, as evidenced by his PhD candidacy and Master’s degree from Texas A&M. Gerardo's leadership extends beyond professional realms into education and community service, reflecting his commitment to safety, efficiency, and public engagement.

Kota Wharton, a certified Master Code Professional and Building Official, serves as a Building Plans Examiner. With a robust background in various code disciplines including fire protection, mechanical, and plumbing, Kota has played significant roles in ensuring public safety and compliance with building codes. Their experience extends to coordinating building permit processes and providing critical examinations across multiple departments. He is well versed in water, sewer, street and stormwater plan review and provides unique civil engineering expertise. Martin has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Pepito Bunion is a highly experienced Building Plans Examiner with a solid background in civil engineering. With over two decades of experience, Pepito excels in reviewing commercial, residential, and industrial building plans to ensure compliance with applicable codes, ordinances, and zoning requirements. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Mapúa Institute of Technology.
